In designing this exciting new development in Bowral in regional NSW, we took an innovative approach in order to ensure the contemporary design will fit with the traditional streetscape. Located on one of the biggest sites in the main street of Bowral, we challenged form and materiality and ensured the large existing tree at the front of the site was protected and integrated. The finished three level development will feature a co-working space and a cafe and bar on the ground floor and a laneway near the carparking area will ensure the area is activated.
