On an elevated block in Picnic Point with views to the Great Dividing Range our Heller Street project showcases a striking modern family home with a strong focus on outdoor connections, children’s activities and entertaining.  A transparent lower ground plane achieved through thoughtful siting and expansive glazing allows unobstructed views to both the main courtyard and range beyond. A feature stair grounds the upper level to the site and provides snippets of views as you travel between levels.
