Iceworks Restaurant
Iceworks Restaurant was designed to complement the existing Iceworks facilities of a Bar and Fine Dining Restaurant with a casual dining experience filling the gap between bar food and fine dining.
Whilst maintaining accents of the style of the original bar and restaurant the desire of the client was to make the space feel more raw and utilitarian whilst maintaining a degree of comfort for patrons. The space opens up to both the street and the internal foyer of the building, becoming the most visible of the Iceworks spaces. In the same way it has also become the most accessible for patrons with the restaurant now opening up for breakfast through to dinner. The space is also flexible, being able to accommodate bar overflow with its own beers on tap, extending the main space capacity during major events.
