This multi residential project is under construction was completed in march 2012 and consists of 4 townhouses, being a great result from a tight site. The simple forms and efficient planning saw 2 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom townhouses created. With a focus on contemporary queensland architecture delivered in a simple and minimal aesthetic, it is a striking example set amongst an early developing suburb.
